Refund Policy

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Exchanges

Sourav Sports accepts refund or exchange requests only under the following conditions:

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Wrong size or color (if requested size/color was available)
  • Damaged or manufacturing defect

2. Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
  • Tags, packaging, and accessories must remain intact.
  • Request must be made within 3 days of receiving the product.

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Discounted or clearance items
  • Used or damaged products (not caused during delivery)
  • Items with hygiene concerns such as sports bras (unless manufacturing defect)

4. Refund Process

  • Refund will be issued after verifying the returned product.
  • Refunds may take 3–7 working days depending on the payment method.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the mistake is from our side.

রিফান্ড পলিসি (Refund Policy)

১. রিফান্ড ও এক্সচেঞ্জের যোগ্যতা

Sourav Sports শুধুমাত্র নিম্নলিখিত ক্ষেত্রে রিফান্ড বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণ করে:

  • ভুল পণ্য ডেলিভারি করা হলে
  • ভুল সাইজ বা রঙ (যদি অনুরোধকৃত সাইজ/রঙ স্টকে থাকে)
  • ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা উৎপাদন ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য

২. শর্তাবলী

  • পণ্য অব্যবহৃত, অপ্রয়োগিত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে
  • ট্যাগ, প্যাকেজিং এবং আনুষাঙ্গিক অপরিবর্তিত থাকতে হবে
  • পণ্য পাওয়ার ৩ দিনের মধ্যে রিফান্ড/এক্সচেঞ্জের অনুরোধ করতে হবে

৩. রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় এমন পণ্য

  • ডিসকাউন্ট বা ক্লিয়ারেন্স আইটেম
  • ব্যবহৃত বা ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত পণ্য (ডেলিভারির সময় সৃষ্ট নয়)
  • হাইজিন সংক্রান্ত আইটেম যেমন স্পোর্টস ব্রা (উৎপাদন ত্রুটি ছাড়া)

৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া

  • ফেরত পণ্য যাচাই করার পর রিফান্ড দেওয়া হবে
  • রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া পেমেন্ট মেথড অনুযায়ী ৩–৭ কার্যদিবস সময় নিতে পারে
  • ডেলিভারি চার্জ রিফান্ডযোগ্য নয় (আমাদের ত্রুটির ক্ষেত্রে ছাড়া)

১. ডেলিভারি কভারেজ

আমরা বিশ্বস্ত কুরিয়ার পার্টনারদের মাধ্যমে বাংলাদেশ জুড়ে পণ্য সরবরাহ করি।

  • কোনো প্রোমোশনাল ফ্রি শিপিং অফার থাকলে তা স্পষ্টভাবে ঘোষণা করা হবে

৪. অর্ডার নিশ্চিতকরণ

  • অর্ডারে সঠিক নাম, ফোন নম্বর ও ঠিকানা থাকা আবশ্যক
  • যাচাই ব্যর্থ হলে অর্ডার বাতিল করা হতে পারে

৫. বিলম্ব

ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে—

  • আবহাওয়া পরিস্থিতি
  • কুরিয়ার সমস্যা
  • অপ্রত্যাশিত লজিস্টিক সমস্যা

Sourav Sports তৃতীয় পক্ষের কুরিয়ার দ্বারা সৃষ্ট বিলম্বের জন্য দায়ী নয়।
