Sourav Sports হলো বাংলাদেশভিত্তিক একটি স্পোর্টস ও ফিটনেস গিয়ার ব্র্যান্ড। আমরা ট্র্যাকস্যুট, জার্সি, ব্যাডমিন্টন গিয়ার, স্পোর্টস ব্রা, টার্ফ বুটসহ বিভিন্ন জিম ও স্পোর্টস আইটেম সরবরাহ করি।
এই শর্তাবলী আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক পেজ এবং অন্যান্য অফিসিয়াল প্ল্যাটফর্মের সকল ভিজিটর, কাস্টমার ও ব্যবহারকারীর জন্য প্রযোজ্য।

৪. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট

  • সব মূল্য বাংলাদেশি টাকা (BDT) তে প্রকাশ করা হয়।
  • পূর্ব ঘোষণা ছাড়া মূল্য পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
  • পেমেন্ট মেথড ওয়েবসাইট/চেকআউট পেজে উল্লেখ থাকবে।
  • প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী অর্ডার কেবল সফল পেমেন্টের পর প্রসেস করা হবে।

৫. অর্ডার ও ডেলিভারি

  • কাস্টমারকে সঠিক ডেলিভারি তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
  • ডেলিভারি সময় লোকেশন ও কুরিয়ারের ওপর নির্ভর করে ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
  • আবহাওয়া, কুরিয়ার সমস্যা অথবা অন্যান্য বহিরাগত কারণে বিলম্ব হতে পারে।

৬. রিটার্ন, এক্সচেঞ্জ ও রিফান্ড

  • ভুল সাইজ, ভুল পণ্য বা ম্যানুফ্যাকচারিং সমস্যার ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ গ্রহণযোগ্য।
  • আইটেম অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, ট্যাগ অক্ষত, এবং নির্ধারিত সময়সীমার মধ্যে ফেরত দিতে হবে।
  • রিফান্ড Sourav Sports–এর অভ্যন্তরীণ নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী করা হবে।

৭. কাস্টমার ডেটা ও প্রাইভেসি

  • আমরা কাস্টমারের ব্যক্তিগত তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করি।
